  2. Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping within India. We do not provide international shipping at this time.
     

  3. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will vary based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. The shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process before making the payment.
     

  4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.
     

  5. Undeliverable Packages: In case a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal to accept the package, or failure to pick up the package from the carrier's office, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment at an additional cost.

Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
